Susan Ziemak has to be; hands down; the worlds worst neighbor.
She runs a riding/boarding operation next door to us & her place is SICK! You would never want your horse, dog, gerbil or even your pet lizard (oh hell, I wouldn't even trust her with my fish -- YES it is that bad) with this woman.
If she is trying to sell you something, think long and hard on it.
